Investing: Russia, Oil Producing Countries

If that happens, if oil stabilizes or rallies, you should put a lot of money into Russia (Market Vector Russia ETF Trust (RSX)) or Kazakhstan and some other countries that are being killed by the price of oil (United States Oil Fund LP ETF (USO).

Russia: Some Stocks Are Near All-Time Highs

My largest stock holdings believe or not, the Moscow Stock Exchange, Aeroflot and FosAgro are making all-time highs. Mr. Putin is making everything he can for Aeroflot as well for the stock exchange. And the fertilizer company, I am bullish on agriculture and they got a great cost advantage because the ruble is collapsing and they sell in dollars.
